A few things worth knowing.
Where can I use SmashR?
SmashR currently supports sessions and tournaments in Australia. Prices are shown in Australian dollars. You can browse Australian games from overseas; availability follows the activity’s location.
Do I need a separate account to host?
No. Use the same account to join games and create sessions. Any required hosting or payout checks happen within that account.
What is SmashR?
A racket-sports marketplace connecting players with independent organisers, sessions and tournament registrations.
Am I booked when I join a waitlist?
No. A waitlist is a queue for a possible place. Joining it does not reserve a place or take payment.
Will my saved card be charged automatically?
No. You explicitly confirm each booking or tournament payment. Saving a card is a checkout convenience.
What happens if I cancel?
Check the session’s cancellation policy before booking. The cancellation flow should show the eligible refund and any retained fee before you confirm.
Does SmashR run tournament draws or scoring?
No. This website scope covers discovery and registration, including divisions and entry fees. The independent organiser runs the event.
What is Looking to Play?
A way to express what you want to play when no suitable session exists. Expressing interest is not a booking and does not authorise payment.
How do I get help?
